very good idea about parents watching over children's shoulders.
why exactly is that such a problem? why do children feel constrained when their parents watch them? why do they think their parents are always watching them?

next you've moved on to styles of worship.... should probably let vincent handle that one... about dancing, clapping, raising hands etc... we should probably take the view that all those are valid expressions of worship and as such, we cannot do to our parents what they do to us...
about parents not participating in english worship... etc. thats also vince...
talk about how they feel like they are strangers here, that english is foreign to them etc...

on to medium of communication... who's tom richter anyway... lol. use people everybody knows about... ex... billy graham. lol.
we want more english coz the ppl dont know enough malayalam... then they'll tell us to learn mal. whats the value in that for us... jst making the point against, even if its a weak argument. they'll talk about our culture and expression of worship. which then brings us to our counter argument... we also need to communicate to the world around us... and we cant do that in mal...
how does translation work against us? if the flow of the preacher is spoiled, get a better translator? wont the spirit of god work past an obstacle like that?

now the second post ... be a little more clear about 2 barriers, 1 barrier etc...
there's a tension between the parents and the children about the way things are done. that is a good point.
however, when you say that its going to get more englishee than malayalee, do you mean that the way its going to be done is going to become more like an english church, or a mallu church where everybody speaks english?

lol. and thats what i have to say about that.
